Why I do what I do?
From a young age I knew I didn’t want to depend on anyone. I started selling things at school just to have freedom. Over time, that grew into a healthy obsession: understanding how things work, improving them and building something of my own.
I studied Engineering in Information and Communication Technology Organization (OTIC), a degree that combines five Engineering disciplines with Business Management. It gave me a broad, strategic, and operational perspective on how businesses work. While studying, I had already launched dozens of websites for clients and tested business models that taught me the diversity, challenges, and opportunities companies faced in over 12+ different industries.
From entrepreneur to business owner
At 20, I co-founded my first family business, Bordados Para Ti(now Textilo), growing it from zero to over €2.5M in revenue in 5 years. I lived through every stage: from preparing orders alone at home to leading a team of 20+ highly motivated employees with solid processes, delegation and multiple partners.
I learned it all! Sales, operations, finance, marketing, production, culture and also what it means to hold a company together when things get tough: COVID, cash shortages, layoffs, pressure, pivots. I know what it means to create something from nothing, scale it and survive every obstacle along the way. I lived it. I was there.
From business owner to consultant
My obsession with systematizing and improving led me to study in depth more than 5 different Business Operating Systems such as Scaling Up (Verne Harnish), Scale at Speed (Felix Velarde), EOS (Gino Wickman), Pinnacle (Steve Preda) and Systemology (David Jenyns). I trained in them with experts in each system over the last 5 years as I applied the best practices in my own companies.
Later on I taught my learnings to others. At first as a hobby, but then as a part time job on my free time as CEO of Textilo. Very quickly, all my clients started recommending me to other founders. Finally I exited Textilo, finished creating my own enhanced BOS called ImpulsaOS™ and became a full time Vision Multiplier™ with one clear purpose:
To help as many Founders, CEOs and Leaders as I possibly can to turn their vision into reality.
