Important Notice: Usage of “we,” “us,” and “our” indicates Impulsa Systems LLC. Usage of “you” and “yours” indicates current, former, and potential users of our services and visitors to our websites.
1. Terms and Conditions
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Governing Law: Impulsa Systems LLC is registered in the state of Wyoming. You agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Notice will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
User Conduct: Users agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized use of our systems or website is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and data on this website are the property of Impulsa Systems LLC unless otherwise stated.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is a priority. This section outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Information Collection: We collect information you provide directly to us (name, email, business details) and information collected automatically via cookies and tracking technologies.
Purpose of Processing: We use your data to provide our services, improve user experience, and communicate updates or security notices.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
Google Calendar Integration & Google User Data
Impulsa OS lets you connect your Google Calendar. This is optional, and you only grant access when you choose to connect. If you connect, we request:
View events on your calendars: to show your existing calendar events inside Impulsa OS alongside your plans and tasks.
Manage calendars and events created by Impulsa OS: to create a dedicated "Impulsa" calendar in your Google account and keep your Impulsa events in sync with it. We cannot change or delete any calendar or event that Impulsa OS did not create.
What we store: We do not store the content of your Google Calendar events. Events are fetched from Google when you view them. We store only the access credentials (OAuth tokens), which are encrypted at rest, the permissions you granted, the ID of the Impulsa calendar we created and sync timestamps.
How we use it: Google user data is used only to provide the calendar features described above to you. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine learning models. We do not share or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide these features, to comply with law, or with your consent. Humans do not read this data unless you give consent, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Disconnecting & deletion: You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Calendar page in Impulsa OS. When you disconnect, we remove the Impulsa calendar from your Google account, revoke our access, and delete your stored credentials. You can also revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your Impulsa OS account removes your calendar connection too. For any other data deletion request, contact legal@impulsaos.com.
Impulsa OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

ActiveCampaign: We use tracking pixels and cookies to integrate with our CRM and automation platform, helping us provide personalized email marketing and customer journeys.
Meta Pixels (Facebook & Instagram): We utilize Meta Pixels to track the effectiveness of our advertising on social media and to build "Retargeting Audiences," ensuring you see relevant Impulsa content on your social feeds.
In addition to providing our services, we use the data collected via the tools mentioned above for:
Behavioral Analysis: Mapping user journeys to simplify our website navigation.
Targeted Advertising: Displaying ads on third-party platforms (like Google and Meta) that are relevant to the services you viewed on our site.
Marketing Automation: Tailoring our communications via ActiveCampaign based on your interests and engagement levels.
We do not sell your information nor we share your personal information with any third parties other than the providers stated before for marketing purposes using their own pixels/APIs.
